As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days of the date the contract is formed.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent by email to: support@getawill.ca
If you withdraw validly, we will refund the amount you paid within 14 days, using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction.
The right of withdrawal ends early once we begin supplying the digital content (creating your personalized draft) if you have expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period has expired and you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By starting the creation of your draft after giving this consent, you agree to this exclusion.
