We collect the personal information you provide through the online form used to create your will draft (for example, your name, email address, and details about your family and assets), as well as technical data (IP address, date and time of access).
We use your personal information to perform our contract with you (creating your draft), to meet our legal obligations, and to operate and improve our service. By submitting your information, you consent to this use. You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal and contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above and to comply with applicable legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
Your information may be disclosed to service providers (hosting, email delivery, payment processing) only to the extent necessary to provide the service. Where service providers are located outside Canada, your information may be processed and stored in another country and may be subject to the laws of that country.
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to request correction of inaccurate information.
